• Terms and Conditions: South Africa Cape Town Tour

• 1. Booking and Payment

• Making reservations for our packages or retreats signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

• All payments to Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your spot on the tour.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full by . Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

• 2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises:

• In the unlikely event that the tour is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit. Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as airfare.

• 3. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. • 4. Passport and Visa Requirements

• Participants must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining beyond the tour end date.

• It is the participant's responsibility to obtain any necessary visas or travel permits.

• 5. Health and Safety

• Participants should be in good health and able to participate in all activities included in the tour. Any physical limitations or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

• Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the tour.

• 6. Changes to the Itinerary

• Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

• 7. Responsibilities

• Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with the tour. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.

• Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, its employees, or representatives are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by any supplier or other party not under our control.

• 8. Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the tour. Any behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful to other participants or local communities may result in dismissal from the tour without a refund.

• 9. Photography and Media

• Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included in such materials must inform us in writing before the tour begins.

• 10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

• By booking the South Africa Cape Town Tour with Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
